Easter Morning

Okay, those of you who have been harrassing me can all relax now, here are the Eater pictures. You will now see why I haven't posted them sooner, besides being completely busy, I didn't get one good shot of my sweet kids, but here they are anyways.

Can you tell Carter was excited about finding this in his basket. He hasn't stopped asking me when we are going swimming and was so bummed when he couldn't use them at swimming lessons!



Ty Guy

This is the boys favorite Easter tradition: rolling the eggs to crack them.


Paige was more excited about the puffs in her eggs than the cute tea set.

This was my attempt at a group picture before running out to early church. As you can see, it didn't go so well. Paige had no interest in smiling for the camera or sitting still.

She's still looked precious though in the sweet dress my mom found for her and my niece.

10 Months With Bear

A long time ago...(I'm a little behind, like I said), my little girl turned 10 months old. She is getting almost impossible to take a picture of with the bear. All she wants to do is climb all over, there is no sitting with bear anymore. But she is so stinking cute!

She weighed in just over 16.5 lbs--just a little munchin, only in the 5th percentile for weight, 25th for length. I know I have said this the last few months, but she is such a joy! She has this contagious laugh and mimics any laugh she hears. She loves to explore and has the army crawl down to perfection. She's pulling herself up on EVERYTHING and loves playing with her brothers. She is mastering the sippy cup and eating like a big girl!

Some of her favorites:

FOOD: icecream or anything sweet (she takes after her mom)

TOY: Her little people doll house, and just about anything else she can get her hand on.

TIME OF DAY: Bath time--I always find her standing at the bath tub

ANIMAL: Dogs--she calls them ba-ba's and waves at everyone she sees.

Love this girl!! What a little stinker...

Who knew I had so many blog followers, but after all the harrassing emails, I'm finally posting again. So, be prepared because I have a lot of catching up to do.

More Maple Fun

Every year Keith's family heads east for an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast and more maple festivities. Pretty sure I out ate everyone there!!

After breakfast we explored the town square a little more. I think the boys favorite was the fire truck they could climb on.

Grandma "Puppy" bought everyone maple stirers (maple syrup that you stir until it turns solid. YUMMY!)

St. Patty's Day

I realize that I'm not Irish and that my children are only a fraction Irish, but I still think St. Patrick's Day is so fun!

The boys were so excited when they came down for breakfast and saw that a leprechan had snuck into our house and turned our milk green, which in turn made our pancakes green.

This little leprechan got off the bus this afternoon. So cute!


While we were at the store the leprechan came back and left a note on the front door with a poem sending them on a hunt for this fun toy, hidden in our hall closet.

It was beautiful weather, so we spent the rest of the day playing outside. Paige is liking this sun thing!

Remember when...

...I had time to post almost every day? Maybe one day that will be the case again, but for now I'll play catch up whenever I can, the best I can. Here's the lastest (sort of)...

Maple Sugaring

Two Saturdays ago we took the kids to a maple festival where the boys had a chance to tap a maple tree, collect sap and see how it is turned into maple syrup. the boys also had a chance to ride a train through the woods--definitely Carter's favorite.

Tae Kwon Do Green Belt Test

This month Ty also tested for his green belt in TKD. He waited a long time for this and was so excited to advance, unfortunately he had to miss his last basketball game for the test.

Family Game Night

My cousin and her kids gave the boys this cute "Horton hears a Who" game the last time we were out visiting. Carter and I play it all the time and the other night we played it for family night. The boys love it. Keith thought that giving me the bird the whole time he was wearing the elephant hat would prevent me from posting a picture of him, but I was able to find one clean one. Too bad it doesn't show him walking on his tip toes or flapping his arms like a bird!

Nine Months With Bear

Nine months!!! I can't believe it.

This little girl is awesome! She has turned into such a little person these last months. She has the sweetest personality. From such a high maintanence infant she is now such a laid back, happy baby. She is developing a little sense of humor too. She cracks herself up and loves making others laugh too.

This month she also became mobile. Not a full crawl yet, but a strong army crawl that gets her anywhere she wants to be. Watch out world.

As you can see from the pictures below, she doesn't like sitting still for long.
