POTD: Buddies

"I need him near me, mom." That's what Carter told me when I told him he needed to come in for dinner, but Mac (my in-laws' dog that we are watching) would have to stay outside, since he had just gone for a swim in the lake and was soaking. This kid is in heaven with Mac here for 10 days!

POTD: Who Broke the Baby?

"Wall." That's what she'll tell you if you ask. I was cleaning the bathroom floors today (I've been known to do that on occassion) and when I left the room she must have slipped on the wet floor. She came to find me in my room, covered in blood. This picture was taken after my nurse-neighbor cleaned and bandaged her up. My poor baby. Who would have thought with two boys, my little girl would be the first to crack her head open.

POTD: Spring Cleaning

Finally crossed "Clean out my closet" off the list! This picture doesn't include the bin of shoes and another pile of clothes for my neighbor.

POTD: Movie Night...part 2

Lots of Friday nights we set up a "movie night" in the basement after Tae Kwon Do. This time Paige was all about snuggling with the boys (in some random sundress she found). We watched The Chipmunks The Squeekwell (have no idea how to spell that) and Paige thought it was hilarious and LOVED the music and dancing!

POTD: I Scream, You Scream..

...we all scream for ice cream. Carter was invited to a birthday party sans the family, so to make it a special day for the other two (and to kill time before we had to pick Carter up) I took them here where you get to eat ice cream on a moving carousel (Ty's favorite part) and they give you pretzels to dip in your ice cream (Paige's favorite part).

POTD: Zoo

Some friends and I decided to take the kiddos to the zoo on Wednesday, apparently so did everyone else! We spent most the time waiting in line and eating lunch, but it was with good company, so I can't complain.
